workshop that focuses on movement utilizing the base of the pole. Although there will be slides, holds, pushing, pulling, etc we will spend most of our time off of our feet (aka not standing or walking). All movements taught can be used in any
genre/type of movement. I teach you the movement, you add your spice & swag! It’s recommended but not required to bring knee pads, have layers (pants/leggings & a shirt/long sleeve), socks/heels & a mat.
